3. Identification of processing – How do we collect personal data?
In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection, specifically:
– Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, ‘GDPR’).
NoOne collects personal data in its possession when the user:
– (i) fills in forms at www.singlemolecule.center (‘Site’);
– (ii) subscribes to the newsletter;
– (iii) responds to a survey or fills out a web form;
– (iv) completes a printed form;
– (v) sends an email or communicates by phone, which are then uploaded into the corresponding forms;
4. Personal data collected – What personal data do we collect?
NoOne collects information when visiting their webpage, primarily by completing its registration forms.
The following data are collected: full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address.
Normally, when personal data is required to use a service or access certain content, its provision will not be obligatory, except in cases where it is specified that these are data required for the provision of the service. In this case, the user can freely choose not to register and/or not to contract the services.
The user declares and guarantees that all data provided by him are true and correct and commits to keep them updated. Changes can be communicated to the Data Protection Delegate or the address indicated in Section 2 below.
Similarly, the user acknowledges that the data requested by NoOne are necessary, adequate, and not excessive to achieve the purposes expressed in Section 5 below, which would be impossible to fulfill if such data are not provided.
Any false or incorrect statement that occurs as a result of the information and data provided, as well as the damages that such information can cause, will be the responsibility of the user.
5. Purpose – For what do we use personal data?
The personal data requested from the user will be used for the following purposes:
– To provide our Service and satisfy your requests. We use your information to provide and maintain our Service, to process and satisfy your requests, to communicate with you about your use of our Service or changes to our Service, to respond to your inquiries, and for other customer service and business administration purposes. We remind the user that they may object to the sending of commercial communications (unsubscribe) and stop receiving emails from NoOne by reliably notifying NoOne, which will proceed to stop as soon as possible after receiving such communication. To this end, you may send an email to the address indicated in section 2, a letter by mail to the address indicated in section 2 of this document, or directly follow the unsubscribe instructions detailed at the end of each email from NoOne.

The user here gives their free, explicit, and informed consent for NoOne to use the data collected for the purposes indicated in section 5 of this document, as well as their incorporation into a database of NoOne.
NoOne processes the user’s data legitimized in: (i) the user’s contracting of NoOne’s services, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided to the user at the end of completing the service request form (before any hiring) and which the user (after reading it), and if they agree, can accept by selecting the box that has been included for this purpose; and (ii) the free, informed, and unequivocal consent of the user, given after reviewing this privacy policy where NoOne informs the processing that will be carried out with your data, and if you agree, selecting the box that has been included for this purpose in the service request form. The processing of data that does not fall into any of the legal bases indicated above will be carried out if NoOne considers it necessary to protect a legitimate interest and only if it does not conflict with the user’s fundamental
rights and freedoms.
8. Expiration: how long do we keep them?
Data will be destroyed or archived when they are no longer strictly necessary or relevant for the purposes detailed in section 5 above. In particular, personal data will be kept for the duration of the business relationship (and to the extent that the user has not previously requested their deletion) and during the period in which obligations, indemnities, and/or liabilities may arise from the business relationship or the services provided. NoOne informs that it will keep essential information to identify the origin of the stored data for the duration of the relationship with the customer of NoOne and/or revocation of consent by the user in accordance with the information contained in section 5 of this Privacy Policy and/or the time required by applicable law.
9. Confidentiality / Assignment / International Transfer – Do we disclose data to third parties?
NoOne will keep the personal data collected private and confidential and will not use them for purposes other than those established in section 5 of this document. NoOne requires the signing of confidentiality and personal data processing agreements by its employees and third parties providing services that access the content of databases (or include such obligations in the service contracts it subscribes to with such suppliers as indicated in the following paragraph).
The user’s personal data collected by NoOne will not be transferred, sold, exchanged, transmitted, and/or communicated to third parties outside of NoOne without the user’s consent, except for legal obligation and/or to provide services to the user. This does not include some employees and service providers that allow NoOne to keep the site operational, to respect the purposes established in section 5 of this document and/or to provide services to the user, who have assumed the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the data provided and are committed to respecting the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data at the time of hiring. Social networks. NoOne also uses social networks, such as Facebook or Instagram, and has integrated functions of these networks into its services. The user can use these social networks only to the extent that they are registered in them and have access to the corresponding social network with their user. These social networks have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions, over which NoOne has no interference or control.
Finally, you should be aware that NoOne may (and that NoOne reserves the right to) disclose your information in the following cases:
– Business transfer: if we or our subsidiaries are acquired, merged, or invested in by another company, or if any of our assets are transferred or could be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency procedure or otherwise, we may transfer the information we have collected about you to the other company. As part of the business transfer process, we may disclose certain information about you to credit institutions, auditors, and external consultants, including lawyers and consultants.

10. Security – How do we ensure data security?
NoOne declares its intention to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR to avoid its alteration, loss, consultation, or unauthorized processing.
NoOne does not guarantee absolute privacy in the use of the site as it cannot exclude the possibility that unauthorized third parties may become aware of it. The user acknowledges that the existing technical means that provide security are not impervious and that even when all reasonable security precautions are adopted, it is possible to suffer from manipulation, destruction, and/or loss of information. In the event of detecting a security incident that involves a significant risk to the data owner, such an event will be communicated without delay to the competent control authority, along with
NoOne is not responsible for the loss or deletion of data by users. Similarly, NoOne accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by computer viruses.
Finally, the user must also take measures to protect their information. NoOne insists that you take every precaution to protect your personal information while you are on the Internet. At a minimum, it is recommended to change your password periodically, using a combination of letters and numbers, and to make sure you use a secure browser.
11. Rights of the data owner and how to respond to their exercise – What rights do I have as a data owner?
The user who owns the data can at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, confidentiality, and cancellation in relation to their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of articles 15 and following of the GDPR, as appropriate. The exercise of these rights can be carried out by the user themselves through an email addressed to info@sinergiecostruzioni.com, or with one of the methods provided by the applicable regulations cited above. NoOne may request the data necessary to validate the identification of the data owner.
The deletion of certain data will not be carried out when this could cause damage to the legitimate rights or interests of third parties, or when there is a legal obligation to keep the data.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the EEA and are subject to exemptions provided by national or local law, in certain circumstances you have certain data protection
rights. Please contact us if you wish to exercise one of these rights.
– Revoke consent at any time. Users have the right to revoke consent if they have previously given consent to the processing of their Personal Data.
– Oppose the processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if it occurs on a legal basis other than consent.
– Access their Data. Users have the right to know if the Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain information on certain aspects of the processing, and obtain a copy of the Data being processed.

The site may contain links to third-party sites, with or without advertising content, whose privacy regulation is foreign to NoOne. The linked sites are not related to NoOne and, their existence does not imply in any way that there is some kind of suggestion, invitation, or recommendation for visiting the places of destination or any type of link or association between NoOne and such sites. NoOne is not responsible or liable for the content, use, and activities of these linked sites, or for damages, whether actual or potential, material or moral, direct or indirect, suffered by users and derived from the information contained in such sites or from the relationship that users can establish with third parties whose services have been published on the site. Despite the above, any comment on these linked sites will be useful to NoOne to improve services and/or ensure the integrity of the site. 14. Children’s Privacy
We at NoOne recognize the importance of protecting children’s privacy. Our commitment to safeguarding the personal information of minors is constant. We may collect and process personal information from children under the age of 13, but only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining parental or guardian consent, as required.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from your child without appropriate consent, contact us immediately, and we will take timely measures to address the situation.
For residents in California: we do not sell the personal information of California consumers under the age of 16 unless we have obtained prior authorization from the parents.
